Herne Hill Plans Unveiled

Did you attend the meeting? I ask because I thought it was clear that to save Herne Hill a long term viable plan was required so that Dulwich Estates would grant a longer term lease than the current one year ones it's giving to VCL.

From what I understand these plans are just a bit of blue sky thinking, not practically applied in any way.

Does anyone know anything more about the lease issue?
From what I understand they need a 15 year extension, upon which granting british cycling will pony up some cash for refurbishment and link it in the Olympics somehow.
