So much so that I gave the only set I've ever had away. I'd rather fix a puncture than get stitched, personally. This is where I plug Vittoria Paves, which grip like bastards, roll almost as quickly as a full race tyre and don't puncture all that often. They are however extremely pricey and wear out double quick (and don't even think of skidding on them except in an emergency).
