Send them the best of the stuff you do, with a c.v if you haven't sent it already. They will appreciate what you've been working on, and will spot good professional work for what it is if they are any cop. Mention in your cover message/letter that you are aware that it's off-genre, but that you relish the opportunity to work in the new area. Or some shit like that.
No point in having a half-arsed stab at something new just for this.
That said, I know nothing about this specific field, but have done a lot of "talent recruiting', and would certainly approach it this way; quality is quality.
