Has it been noticed before that in this T-shirt design (from Cycle Sport) Pantani's sunglasses and whatever is black underneath them make his cap look like a skull? Surely this can't be intentional?

probably just an non-sterilised needle.
there are some epic ones on youtube. The post removal recovery is pretty intensive on your body, as cliveo can attest too.
