I know you're a shortages like me but Shirley 170 gives you more leverage?
I can push a higher cadense with a shorter crank (ideal size 162.5mm according to science), without loosing so much form*. This should make longer climbs easier. I ride 175 SS off-road, so like a bit of leverage on the right bike.
This bike is all about fit though.
(* to be fair to Ed, I'm comparing wildly different bikes here, so he may be right. Fecked if I'm going to spend four figures, on a bike with ill fitting components though)
