So don't dick about if you have an issue - go straight to litigating the matter through small claims. Simple online procedure, cheap, and gets people's attention.

It's because most normal road/track frames won't bar spin with full sized wheel in place. Not that many of the hipsters riding them can do bar spins, or that they wouldn't be better off getting BMX if they want to do tricks, but that's why they do it.

Apart from saddle angle and lack of foot retention I really like that.... oh and the stem is a little high.

That isn't even nice in a post apocalyptic way. Tha fact that it has a drum brake is cool, almost everything else is wank.
