is it slop dropout? how do you tension chain and keep disk centered in caliper?
When the calliper is placed at the top of the disc, how much is the influence on contact area if you move the wheel +/- 5mm ?
If the calliper is positioned well, do you really need a movable calliper mount?
@ Scorch: maybe no need to have 2 brakes, but some people just prefer that.
I can imagine, especially with a f/s fork with travel like this one.
And if one brake would be enough powerwise, why such a big disc radius? He seems to want plenty of brake power. 2 callipers make sense.
