I'd forgotten about this but my iRig arrived and I've been playing with it a bit. Pretty solid piece of kit, doesn't seem like it would be easily damaged. I've been using it with the iPad version of Amplitude and it worked without any hassle. The sounds are all pretty good to my ear and seem to pretty accurately reflect what they're modelling. All-in-all, a useful and reasonably priced little practice/composition/noodling around tool IMHO.
