Woodchipper.
I understand that the woodchipper is wide, but the wide bar is a lots more idea off roading being able to control the bike easily.
(I did not mention bell lap as I hasn't seen those bar, and I like the woodchipper, but it's very much a marmite thing, which is why it's not quite in the top).
