I've changed the seat post, saddle, stem and bars (will be taped). I've got a wheelset being built up at the moment so will be selling these, anyone want them? I'm thinking of getting it painted as well. The current paint job is impressive but I just don't like it. Thoughts?

You can't be serious. Also, you've already got a Pinarello track bike, that's just greedy.

It's a Plum. Whoever had it before me decided they wanted a pinarello.

Needs deep wheels to go with the frame - will there be RS80-C50s for race days?

I'm thinking of buying an old kotter road bike to convert, but I can find very little information about them. I know a few have come up in conversation here but other than that I can't find much. Does anybody know what sort of bottom brackets these bikes used, or did it vary?
Thanks

^ Hey Nicky i had the same trouble researching Kotter also, you'll find mostly built bikes with the equivalent frame your looking at, tend to be German sites too. Anyway i have a Kotter frame and fork i've built as a commuter, no problems with it, i like it a lot. The fork is Oria TT 0.9 which through research seems to be 501 or above, frame is not labelled but i'm taking it as the same with chrome drive side chainstay and Gipiemme dropouts. The BB on mine is Italian Thread, i used a UN54 70 - 107MM Italian and it works fine. I've been meaning to put couple pics of it in here, will throw them up later.

Besides Kotter, you can also search for Kondor or Albuch Kotter. Quite some info on The company changed names.
German sites and forums.
I think it was Kondor first, later, the owner, Mr. Konrad Kotter was trying to boost his own ego and starded his own pro team "Kotter Racing Team".
With a.o. Ditrich Thurau and Roy Schuiten. Didn't last that long and never successful. That was the time the bikes changed name, if I remember well.
Mainly low end frames and bikes, but they had some high end bikes from better (italian) frame builders.
I wouldn't be surprised if BBs are both BSC and Italian.![](http://i.ebayimg.com/11/!CB6EoHQEWk~$(KGrHqJ,!g4E0ejmZ6ysBNJbv9P7+w~~_12.JPG)

I've now got my rims - Kris Holm XC 29er - but no spokes yet. Fatbirds don't have the right length, so I may need to get all my ducks in a row and order 184 various spokes from the Continent.
72 DT Alpine III for the Pompetamine, Hope Pro 2, Kris Holm
48 Sapim CX-Ray for the LoPro, C-Record SF, DT/Easton rims
64 DT Comp for the Hirame, C-Record LF, Salsa Delgado CXToday I have been mostly cleaning and regreasing the 24h SF C-Record hubs

Re: Sram
redyellow groupset.I was very close to making the leap, but went with campag (built the wheels before buying the frame). My main reason for Red would be to get a <170mm crankset as part of a complete groupset, and I'm not sure the tour version is availible in as many configs as the standard red. My stumpy hands dont feel so at home on a Sram lever. But then I havent had the chance to give them a proper try.
Going for this bar/lever set-up.
(Love that^)

hopefully nicely done on the end of this year.. 24" back =(
ftfy.
There's nothing I'd rather ride than Red, but to look at it's not a patch on C-Record
