Oh, sorry Neil. I misread your post and took "TT" as the abbreviation for Top Tube.
I know that to size yourself for an older TT bike (low pro) you just make sure the 'horn' part of your pursuit bar is in the same place as the drop part of the handlebar on your conventional road bike.
