If people wanted that then sure, I'd do it.
I aim for 10% of my own salary to charitable causes (though at the moment I'm only doing 8% according to last months budget), so it's a no brainer to do it to forum funds too.
The hardest part is deciding who to give to. Pre-deciding would make impulse things like this not possible, but if it was done periodically it would be easier to do. Say annually when the accounts are all squared up... then see what the total donations were and donate 10% of that minus any impulse donations throughout the year... or something.
