I used to have campag ones - they were shite. Got given Rapha ones.. were quite good and fitted really well. Gone a bit baggy now though - but that's after 5 months of almost daily use.
Quick tip - don't bother trying to wear knee warmers without bib shorts (or waist ones) that don't have another grippy elastic strip thing, they will always fall down and you will feel like a whore pulling them up all the time.
