yeah i've got the lockring off, its the actual BB i'm struggling to get out.
Have you got the fixed cup out yet? Sometimes easier to do that first, get the axle and bearings out, then you have more methods at your disposal to get the adjusting cup out, as getting enough torque on a seized one with a pin spanner can be tricky. At least if you have the axle out from the other side, you can rig a clamp to stop the pins from camming out of the holes
