New Kalavinka 3tone, NJS RIDER BIKE (Blue, Silver, Orange) Build,
let me know what you guys think should be done with it, and ill show the finished result, to heighten your expectations,
quick info: The frame belonged to Yoshiaki Taguchi who raced at Kawasaki Keirin Velodrome- he retired on April 14th, 2005!
The frame has a slight reverse Tube. Custom for the rider,
fits like a glove, glad to add to the collection!

Kalavinka are not only amazing craftsmen, but some of the nicest people I've ever met.
that deserves a good life that frame does. -

Spotter your jokes, im faster on a bike than a computer so ill take it as a compliment, but thank you for uploading them.
and soperRiva, every girlfriend i have ever had has been jealous over how i treat my bikes over them, there wont be a day in her life when she inst happy and hasnt got 100% of my attention, haha, just hope the other kids dont feel neglected.

Wanted to share my fixie-baby. Let me know what you think!
This is my first go at frame building, why buy a frame eh! all you need is a MAP can and a box steel jig :)
Its nice and simple, the style I like, and there are a few faults you probly cants see. But the joints are all penetrated and the alignment is accurate. The parts are all the cheapest i could get, with a couple of nice finds like the sexy curved GB bars. Just started uni so probly wont be another for awhile, looking forward to developing a signature/style.
in York if there are any riders out there! not met any so far!long post, not a big forum type... lets see if i can upload pictures.

I wanted to try and make a small living while at uni, but halls first year and house for next year has no space either. But those rent-a-bench type places exist in some counties maybe there is one in york. all i need is a bench really. The profit - time ratio is not very good tho lol, esp as im new to it. top builders can turn out a few frames a week. But as its fun it might be nice for beer money lol
Also cheers Skelator! i will try and get in contact. :)

I've had couple of projects on the go over the last few weeks.
First up is my Kingston. I rode this for two years fixed and have been planning to get gears back on it. Finally that's happened. I'm really really chuffed with how this has turned out- I love the frame and it fits me well. It's not quite done yet, but will be soon. There's loads more to do: I want a full modern groupset on there - probably tiagra - but for now it's rolling with the geared bits I already own; a motley assortment of old 105 and sora. But I'm really happy and I expect to have a lot of fun riding it.
Project 2 is my new fixed, this Condor which I picked up from john.stone on this forum. I'm also very excited about this- it will be a bike for riding rather than a fixie skidding whip. I am hoping to try a few time trials this year, on this bike. It will get the Miche crankset I already have, along with a new wheelset and airwings. This is the one I'd like to build up light-ish (and know that I will get nowhere near the awesomeness of Gizmond's lightbike project...).
A question, if I may.
The Kingston has a Cinelli 1R stem. 26.0 clamp, paired with modern alu bars (also 26.0). But no matter how much I tighten the bolt, they keep slipping. The stem previously had airwings in and these never slipped. Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to loctite the stem if I can avoid it.
(Cross-posted from any questions thread- apologies).Comments welcome as always.

^^Nice Kingston rich - I'd lose the saddle though. They're damn comfortable, but it doesn't belong there for me.
Im building a custom 24" bmx. green frame, white components. yay
