why is matt cosmic playing for ROE?

Mind me saying but that is bollocks. The whole idea was that ROE will first use ROE players and ONLY if needed, London players. Sorry, this is not against Matt but he was not in neither of the lists, London or ROE. Its a bit of a shit from Andy to let Rich to sit at home when he was in the list and should be then able to go.
