I'm just about to build that hub with Alpine III, 36h 3X, onto whatever rim I end up with. Use the DT spoke calculator and the following dimensions:
Right flange dia 54.0
Left flange dia 56.0
Centre to flange (both) 32.5
Spoke holes 2.5
Double check with the Mavic calculator, then measure the actual rim too!
In theory the Alpine III are marginally stronger where it counts.
