max, that sucks.
I just rebuilt my WI freewheel on Saturday with new outer gear (@trade) and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. bonus is I am now on a lower gear.
I was gonna order a new red lockring as mine is a bit mash-up, perhaps you need one too?!
I think there is a minimum order for us to get WI stuff, check with Hassan.
Still got the three springs and pawls?
I had to use the vice + wood+ the old teeth to press the body back together and flush before tightening the lockring. you can probably machine something though...
