You can use wood screws to affix cleats to the bottom of a cast. Just incase you didn't know.
If anyone has a weight-bearing (i.e. fibreglass) cast and would like a cleat attached, Bobbinbird (who is training to be an orthopaedic cast technician) can get the Scotchcast and will be happy to affix it.
