Depends on the racer.
In average a bit lower, especially for the technical courses. Jump off, get on the bike, put a foot or a toe on the ground. Better to be a bit lower.

That was my point too.
It has a decent disc brake fitted, that merely raises the braking effectiveness to brakeless level. Thats not much of an engineering achievement.
