granted, but why haven't they always been smaller?
Why haven't we always had carbon frames, why haven't we always had 20+ gears etc,.
Micro makes sense on a BMX where they are not ridden any distance but on an MTB the problems of using a 9t driver would start to become apparent within a few weeks I would think. I wouldn't bother on noise alone as I like my SS whisper quiet.

Pantographed £5 Wellgo pedals. Amazing.

am I the only one thinking 'Emperors new clothes'??
In terms of overall shape, it isn't supposed to be pretty. I do think the yellow flashes in the paint are a mistake.

Who's using 9t drivers on MTBs? Only really needed with the little wheels on children's bikes. With micro chainrings of 25-28t, a 26" bike only needs sprockets which fit a standard cassette spline.

that maserati thing is so lame.
a bizzare mix of lugged and tigged construction.
every car manufacturer that has got involved in a bike has resulted in a fail. -

Granted, but (and I know this point has been argued on here before) surely porn should be good looking........unless its 70's porn with big moustaches and hairy clunges......
Its undoubtably clever and a painstakingly thorough labour of love, but porn?
I don't want to pick holes in it, but perhaps there should be a new thread.

Ah, I see you lack ambition. You could have real micro and use a 18/9 setup :-)
The mention of micro to me leads to a 9t driver not a 28t chainring but that is my take on micro I guess.

I don't think the chain would clear the chainstays if I went to 18/9 gearing on my Azonic.

Pesonally I'd use black tyres, but I can overlook it as the rest is so lush.
Sorry Max but I agree with piebot, red anodized brakes? And that seatpost and saddle on a Master Olympic? And where does the red theme come from, it's one colour that's barely on the frame right? It's all a bit sick 'n' wrong if you ask me. The beauty of the decor paintwork is that it's pretty garish, but just the right side, so anything other than classic silver components is a stretch in my eyes.
You're a right little nutter.
I didn't know you two had met?
