I just had to breathe on my pedals for about 5 minutes because the grease on the springs and bearings had frozen so solid that they wouldnt spin and I couldnt clip in. The batterys in my lights had frozen too...cue another five minutes of holding the batteries under my armpits.
On the plus side, roads weren't too bad from Camden to Deptford...just the odd patch of black ice.
Cyclical mantra: "Don't lean, dont lean, dont lean..."
