Just had a proper chicken soup - used some actually chicken stock I made last week. Sweated off some onions, garlic and mushrooms, finely sliced some chicken breast, cooked for a couple of mins then added white wine. Let the alcohol burn off then added the stock. Seasoned then done.
Take that winter cold!
