no, or very little, cable coverage south of the river. i just got BE 20 meg unlimited installed for 18 poont a month, plus line rental works out to about 30 poont a month. and you can keep yer poxy tv package. macbook/torrent > MINIdvi to HDMI cable > telly = win.
