^ in a word. Yes. as long as he doesn't do a Mowbray (talk to the players about loyalty and sticking with the team only to bugger off at the first offer (to a smaller club as well!! BDW)). No point in crying at what is essentially the way the world is. RDM is doing a great job for us and seems to have the right temperament as well as tactical know how. Way to early to know if he could do a job at a bigger club but I bet Chelsea are keeping an eye on him. I was thinking who we would get to replace him and the Newcastle manager would be a reasonable option for us if they are still not willing to back him properly.
