We had Virgin/NTL cable installed today, and the TV reception is so poor that we have given up and plugged the indoor booster arial back in.
After an hour on the phone to Virgin customer service they have told me to "give it 24 hours".
WTF?
They are utterly awful.
Massive +1. We cancelled within 90 days and didn't have to pay anything as we found the broadband so awful. Down to 0.1Mbps at 10pm, but would go at lightning speed at 8am.
Ever since they have been writing letters to me to trying to get me to sign up.
Anything they put through the door (including stuff for neighbouring flats) now goes in the postbox with 'RETURN TO SENDER' written on it in massive letters. Eejits.
