What's the deal with the Surly Pugsley folks, complete bike is still on their website but can't find it for sale anywhere! Failing that what kind of alternatives are there that will take a 4" tyre? I was thinking maybe some kind of rigid dirt jump bike? Moots Snoots or a Singular would be nice but I was thinking something not overly expensive and complete.
