Secret's out...
Balance, release, photograph (whilst holder keeps out of the frame), and catch the bike before it topples over. After a bit of practice you can easily get the bike to balance for a good 2 secs or so. -

Is that a vintage Schwinn or one of the new models, reworked? If it's the 2010, there's been some serious work done on it. Lovely bike, either way.
