Look like the hoods is slightly over the front hubs;
Sit in the saddle and hold the flats of the bars. Does the bar perfectly hide the front hub?
Do the same holding the hoods. Does the bar perfectly hide the front hub? This gives an indication of correct reach.
From that pic, they look fine. Usually the hood is directly over the hub. which yours is. The earlier pic made it look like the hoods were 4cm in front of them. Which would hint at drops being used on a frame designed for flat bars. Which is why I asked.
I thought they had switched form 300 on the old ones to 350 on the new ones. Vittoria definitely moved from 290 to 320 for the Mk2 tyres.
You might be right about the 300. I have the older style master, and pave. Before the name change, and sounds about right. The website is listing them as 320 now though.
To further confusion the site I was going to get my Vittoria's from (440 NOK a pair,or £44ish) lists them as 330 TPI. -

Bugger off with the riser, the road drop is really comfortable than riser, probably going to try the on-one mtb drop bar on just to see.
Went out for a morning ride before heading into work, ugly or not, I loved it.
Got some bright orange bartape at work, will be putting them on for shit and giggle.

risers

drops are more comfortable and faster but risers/flats are more fun and lead to more pissing about (jumping, hopping, manuals etc,.)
All depends what the bike is used for I suppose. -

All depends what the bike is used for I suppose.I find Midge bars encourage misbehavior, purely because they are so bloody wide.

More details of the crank modifications please. Shortened axle? Are the arms thinned at the pedal end?
From what I've read on the swedish thread, yes and yes.

Gangsta looks awesome Ed! Get the stem, seatpost, brake levers and crankset powdercoated gloss black and black wheelset and it will be gorgeous! Looks like so much fun! Frame looks super compact though not in a bad way!

Liking the sound of it, didn't liked the orange decal at first but after putting the orange bartape it really grow on me.
I never liked how powdercoat tend to look cheap on component though, but may try and get certain component in black while keeping a bit of silver (I'm not going to change my ENO cranks for an andoised black one however nice it is!).
Original raw Gangsta fork will be on it soon once TokyoFixed get ahold of them.

I agree! It's not even cool looking ugly. Just ugly. Even the font on the stickers is ugly.

Liking your avatar Joe, will text you if I can make South this week with the saddle/seatpost.
TPI/PSI confusion there - TPI = threads per inch, it's a measure of how fine the woven casing material is. Higher TPI supposedly makes for a smoother ride and a lighter tyre.[/QUOTE]
Ed doesn't get on well with tyres...
