I think I have mentioned it before, but it amazes me the amount of pedestrians that will teeter on the edge of the pavement waiting for the taxi's, buses etc then as soon as the cyclist follows up they literally step out into the road - this happens all the time arround King's Cross/St Pancras. At that point they're fair game...drop your shoulder and plow.
