I think the wheels are pretty tough, as long as you don't hit any dogs, but I wouldn't have carbon brake tracks for a daily driver just because they are a bit iffy in the rain. If you're not going to race, how about a nice Roubaix style wheel, Open Pro Ceramic on Goldtec road hubs? Black CX-Rays to keep the stealth feel, and it knocks about £2k off your build price so it might happen sooner.
