Actually what I would probably do if it were mine shudders (if I didn't split)
Replace the brooks with a white saddle, get a 700c front wheel with corresponding new brake and maybe fit some white hipster tyres, remove the inner chainring, and lower the handlebar stem. Stick it on the bay and cross my fingers for £100 with some ot sales patter. Sell the brooks and front wheel separately.
