I'm almost finished with my Uncle John. It's now got compact drops, tape and a semi-funtioning front mech. I wasn't going to bother, but after last night I'll be adding a 38c front tyre and hopefully a carbon post. Proper pics to come this weekend (hopefully).
Thinking I should sort out at least a rear mudguard tho.
Really happy with it. It's a great bike, would recomend to anyone looking for an all-rounder.
