I was questioning the symmetrical point made by others: Front wheel ≠ rear wheel.
They shouldn't look the same, should they?
Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I didn't mean that the front and rear have to match exactly - ie 3x/3x. Just that aesthetically there needs to be some visual symmetry. Like 4x/3x, 3x/2x, half radial/radial, etc. A 32h 3x/radial just looks a bit silly to me.
And as for less holes on the front, unless its a cheaper wheelset with less options, I think thats the way I'll go for any future options.
