Sunglasses

Can you use this stuff on normal glasses?? Would really help as my glasses steam up whenever i walk into a warm building (the pub)

If it does, this stuff is a revelation to me.

It's a very very mild abrasive so may damage any coatings you have on the lenses. I use it on mine with no real issues.
