    Have you asked for your money back?

    Probably best to do it in writing stating that four times makes the product not of merchadisable quality and ask for a full refund. I'd hand this to a manager and get a response.

    If its I'd then give local trading standards a call as they can be helpful phoning a shop up and being a little more forceful. I

    Taking things to small claims court is a pain, as even if you win you need to get the money off them attend a day in court but it all can be done on line now.
