So that £180 a month plus the £1500 for the year they say you have under paid? £300 a month on electric with no heating? Unless you've got a canabis farm or your own football pitch with floodlights that sounds a massive amount.
Your Landlord should have taken a reading when you moved in for thier records so worth giving them a call too. Deffo cancel the DD until you get this sorted out.
