Think through the structure of your lesson. If you are a bit rusty there is no harm in having a check list to make sure you cover everything and do it in the correct order. Try and get your trainee to answer questions rather than telling them stuff. Use demonstrations before the drills. Keep an eye on the time but do it discretely so the trainee doesn't feel like time is an issue.
Relax; they don't know you are new to it. Make sure you do a checking call beforehand so you get some idea in advance of what they are like and what they want to achieve.
