  • Pork with Pasta Nero?!?!

    Slowly fry 1 onion with one clove of garlic and some parsly (finely chopped) in good olive oil, add half a glass of white wine and add your choice of seafood (squid is the norm) et voilĂ . Grated Peccorino goes well with this.

    You can add fish stock and cream to the sauce to give if that's what you like but if you're after a slap up meal ready in 15 minutes don't bother.
