No, but looks pretty cheap to me (so, no high end).
Builder didn't spend too much time and money on fancy parts and finish.
Could be a really fine and quality bike though, with it's R531 tubing, round blades, tight clearances, ...

Yeah, my thoughts also.
Didn´t cost me much and is serving as a everyday bike, so it´s all good.
Mostly interested if some one recognize the lugs...
