Finally finished! Took a whole week sourcing parts and giving it a complete overhaul and clean. Really happy with the result looks quite traditional. 1x7 gears with barcon, almost everything has been replaced.

It rides great now much better than I was even hoping for. It will be in the classifieds soon....
