Young Woman, jeans, long brown hair, wooly hat, large yellow courier bag, 1100, Burbage Road HH, White Singlespeed with drops, frame mounted D-lock.
I didn't see any hoods, but there was deffo a rear caliper, brake levers on the tops perhaps?
Good riding, 25mph+ along there isn't bad for just riding along.
