Bob Jackson's actually built Hetchins bikes throughout the eighties when Hetchins went into administration, so there is a traditional cross over between the two marques.
I prefer to think of this bike as a fast tourer rather than a traditional lightweight - it has a full set of mudguard and rack eyelets and has high clearance for fatter tyres and decent guards.
You could race it or tour it!
