I paid an extra £30 to get my new Acer laptop from John Lewis. as they did a warranty with it.
It shat itself a week later, and the hard drive needed replacing...... John Lewis, essentially, told me to fuck off and deal with it myself.
their warranty means jack-shit.... go to Micro Anvika.
