Sterling effort, like the inventive (or has it been done before? I recall seeing something similar that Rene Herse did) use of the integrating rack, at first I though you simply meant brazing the rack onto the frame like a Jack Taylor, little did I realise it's part of the frame now that I've seen how it look.
From your description, is it going to be a mixture of a randonneur and tourer rather than a proper tourer?
