I've just got to work out what sort of jig to build to braze up the rack, I don't think the cable ties will work...that the internal routing for the rear brake comes out on the wrong side)
amazing work! i saw you cycling the walrus flyer a couple of months ago and cracked a smile. with regards to a jig, i know it's probably much more complex, but could you use the adjustable arms that you use in 2ndary school chemistry experiments? they have to hold glass tubes in very precise angles for days on end. just a thought?
