^the cctv on the road was off, don't know about the bus one yet.
just spoken to my dad, insured with direct line, apparently someone from evander cycles has to validate the claim or something, but hopefully the insurance quote from my housemate will mean that i don't have to faff around with someone coming out to have a look at it.
