I bought a frame from ebay. The guy emailed me on the 21/09 saying it had been posted, it hasn't turned up yet and I emailed him three days ago asking him to check it out at his end but I've still not received a reply. This isn't really on is it?
I don't even want the frame, but I'm not being taken for a ride
