During a sex attack if your attacker climbs on top and you are on all fours simply run off on your hands and knees carrying the attacker on your back and head for a very small bridge, when you go underneath the attacker (or attackers) will be killed or knocked off as it (or a 'he') hits the bridge.
This tip has got me out of numerous tight spots.
