I was talking about when you got a piece of toast, fully toasted, but it's not raised up enough to pull out. Even if you have a fancy toaster with the 'extra raise' function, sometimes that don't cut it. Bagiels often a problem for this. Chopsticks are the answer. The superior choice of cutlery.
I use George Foreman grill for sandwiches, bagels, muffins and such. It's that I prefer closed sandwiches and pita with some crap inside to a plain toast.
By the way, if you cancel or switch off your toaster, you can put whatever you want inside, as it's not... on.
